5th Natural Resource Extension Professionals Conference
The issues surrounding sustainability, what it means, and what it looks like, are gaining increased attention. A variety of interpretations, defi nitions, and opinions surround the ways in which it is approached at local, state and national, and international scales. It is becoming an increasingly important topic, and the Cooperative Extension System, to remain relevant, must be at the forefront of sustainability education efforts. The Conference Planning Committee is requesting abstracts for oral, poster, workshop, and roundtable presentations. The deadline for abstract submissions is August 15, 2005.
