Southern Forest Research Partnership Announced

The Southern Forest Research Partnership, Inc. (SFRP) Interim Director Is in Place

Larry Biles, Interim Director, Southern Forest Research Partnership, Inc. (SFRP) reported to the SFRP office on the University of Georgia Campus, Tuesday August 5, 2003. Prior to accepting the SFRP Interim Director position Mr. Biles served as the Forestry Program Leader for the USDA - Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service (CSREES) in Washington, DC. Mr. Biles is a forestry graduate from the University of Missouri. Prior to his CSREES appointment Biles served as a service and extension forester - Kansas State University, and Urban Forester and Multiple Use Specialist - Southern Region USDA Forest Service - State and Private Forestry.
