Call for Proposals - More Kids in the Woods

This is a very special Grant proposal by the Forest Service Recreation folks to outreach to communities, non-profits, corporations, states to partner with them in developing a proposal to get kids back in the woods. They are basing this grant program on Richard Louv's book "Last Child in the Woods- Saving our Children from Nature-Deficit Disorder" If you or anyone you know are interested, please contact any National Forest Service representative. This proposal call has a short deadline of March 16. The proposal needs to be developed in partnership with a National Forest Service contact/partner.
