Developing Local Community Leaders

This publication will attempt to: 1. Examine and express in layman's language for lay leaders some of the concepts and definitions of leadership. 2. Increase lay leader's and community developer's understanding of the factors which determine the effectiveness of leaders. 3. Be a tool for lay community developers in developing and assessing their leadership competencies of the people with whom they work and train.
