Bylaws: The Laws (Rules) For Everyday Organizations

Bylaws are laws (rules) by which members of an organization have agreed to be governed. Short and simple, that's what they are. With exception to rules relating to how the organization's business is ransacted, bylaws include all the rules of importance that cannot be changed except by previous notice to the membership.
