The Cooperative Extension System has articulated a new vision for the Natural Resources and Environmental Management Base Program (NREM). This User Guide introduces state NREM Teams and Extension educators to the goals, strategies, and actions needed for Extension to realize that new vision for NREM. The guide offers a series of fact sheets that define NREM and describe major program elements. The NREM National Support Team produced the guide to aid implemetation of NRME at the state level.
