Call for Presentations - 5th Annual National Conference of the ANROSP:Master Naturalist Programs and More

This dynamic conference is for professionals and partner organizations who coordinate, administer, or host training and volunteer programs in natural resource conservation, education, and outreach and for those interested in developing such a program. Enjoy a beautiful Appalachian setting as you learn from a diverse range of programs, network with colleagues, and obtain valuable tools to enhance your existing program or develop a new one.

ANROSP is a national alliance of adult natural resource education and stewardship programs, including Master Naturalists, Master Watershed Stewards, Coverts, Wildlife Stewards, Master Woodland Managers, and more. ANROSP facilitates networking and exchange of resources and information among coordinators of citizen-based environmental programs across the United States, helping create healthy ecosystems and communities through citizens who learn, teach, and practice natural resource stewardship.

Presentation Types
We are seeking proposals for the following presentation types:
• Oral Presentation (30 minutes) – Oral presentations may highlight case studies, program successes, or novel approaches to natural resource outreach and service programs.
• Workshop Presentation (1.5 hours) – Workshops should be interactive and aim to provide participants with new skills applicable to their programs.
• Nature Break Presentation (15 minutes) – Nature breaks are very short, hands-on and interactive presentations on natural resource topics that model good interpretive methods.
• Poster Presentation – All presenters are welcome to present in both oral and poster formats.  In addition to new information, posters may repeat information presented in oral or workshop formats.  Oral or workshop presenters whose proposals are not accepted will be encouraged to present posters in our “Program Marketplace” poster session.
