The Natural Resource Opportunities for Landowners, a regional webinar series developed by several land grant universities in the south will be offered this October and November.  The "Save the Date" flyer is attached.  As you can see the online registration site is available now and the general course information webpage will available soon (the link to the general website will be available off of the registration site).  We would like for you to be involved and possibly offer this programming in your county.

If you would like to participate you can purchase a site license for $100 and host the webinars at your own location.  You can charge local participants whatever you want to cover expenses or generate revenue.  Your passcode to access the sessions via Adobe Connect will let you broadcast via a computer and LCD projector to your in-house audience.  For participants wanting written material and powerpoint copies, you will be able download and distribute the material for them from the website when it becomes available.

Another advantage to hosting the sessions is you can localize the program and bring local experts to help with Q&A.  We do ask those of you who host a site that you provide us participant email addresses so we can get participant counts and urge them to complete evaluations online through SurveyMonkey.  The results will be returned to you.

We are working on new releases, PSAs, etc., and will distribute them to you to use as you wish.  If you are unable to host a site perhaps you could help market the program in your area? Participants can also register individually if they have an internet connection.  Once the final webpage is complete, we will send you another email with at information.

Thanks for considering this opportunity.  We look forward to working with you.  Call or write if you need further information.  This programming is a precursor for the Master Tree Farmer, Master Wildlifer, Master Naturalist, and Forest Enterprises programs to be offered in the Spring of 2013.
