Equipment
For the webinar series we recommend using the following equipment:
- LCD projector
- Computer with internet connection (Broadband recommended)
- Speakers to project audio
Set up Zoom and attend a familiarization session
We ask that each host attend any one of the following sessions:
- Jan 24, 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM Eastern
- Jan 28, 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM Eastern
- Jan 29, 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM Eastern
- Feb 3, 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM Eastern
Please use the same location and equipment that you will use when participating in the live webinar. For the purpose of testing your equipment we ask that you please set up the equipment as you would for joining the live webinar series. On the day and time of the session for testing your connection, click the link, https://ncsu.zoom.us/j/934282480. Register your site as a group
For each of the webinars you will need to register your site as a group event on forestrywebinars.net. You will also need to add your attendees. For instructions on how to register and add attendees please click below. A template for gathering the information to register attendees is also available to download below.

Join the live webinar
For the Woodland Steward webinar series, we are asking you to join the session 30 minutes prior to the start of the webinar so that final adjustments in audio and video can be made. Your group should be ready to begin the group viewing of the webinar 15 minutes before the webinar's scheduled start time. For instructions on joining the live webinar please click below.
Evaluate the webinar
For the Woodland Steward webinar series, we are asking site hosts to distribute the evaluation form to each participant to complete at the completion of the webinar. Once the evaluations are completed we ask that you forward the completed evaluations onto your state lead to be summarized and sent on to the overall program team to be summarized at the region level. To download the form for the program evaluation click on the evaluation form for the corresponding webinar date.
