IBSS Whistle Stop Tour

A successful 900 mile tour spanning three states raised public awareness of biofuels and their potential benefits in today's society.

A tour sponsored by the Integrated Biomass Supply Systems (IBSS), the goal was an effort to make the public aware of the science involved in developing biofuels and their potential benefits to society.  The tour was also designed to raise public awareness of the next-generation biofuels that, unlike ethanol, will perform just like today's petroleum-based fuels.
