In Level 3 youth examine and distinguish different types of trees, look at forests on a global scale, learn to care for trees and explore how to conserve forests. The Group Activity Helper’s Guide includes useful forest information, group activities and practical tips for volunteers.

The 4HCCS products are developed by teams of university specialists, extension educators, industry representatives, volunteers and youth. Each set of materials must pass rigid 4-H criteria that supports quality hands-on experiential learning and be accepted into the National 4-H collection.
