Southern Forest Research Partnership Announced
The University of Georgia will host new regional partnership.
The Southern Forest Research Partnership, Inc. (SFRP) Interim Director Is in Place
Larry Biles, Interim Director, Southern Forest Research Partnership,Inc. (SFRP) reported to the SFRP office on the University of GeorgiaCampus, Tuesday August 5, 2003. Prior to accepting the SFRP InterimDirector position Mr. Biles served as the Forestry Program Leader forthe USDA - Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service(CSREES) in Washington, DC. Mr. Biles is a forestry graduate from theUniversity of Missouri. Prior to his CSREES appointment Biles served asa service and extension forester - Kansas State University, and UrbanForester and Multiple Use Specialist - Southern Region USDA ForestService - State and Private Forestry.
