SREF 2014-2015 Annual Report Available

The SREF 2014-2015 Annual Report is now available. The Report provides a brief summary of what the office of Southern Regional Extension Forestry has accomplished over the past 2 years in partnership with the 13 Southern Land-grant Universities and other natural resource organizations in the Southeastern United States.

Annual Report Cover

This short synopsis of our work will provide you with an idea of what our staff has accomplished over the last two years. Since natural resource issues don’t discriminate between states, we are working together with professionals from all over the Southeast to tackle tough issues from multiple perspectives.

Though these issues aren’t going away soon, our research-based Extension efforts outlined in the report are leading the way to workable solutions. Education and knowledge are powerful. We see their impact through the natural resource professionals, Extension agents, landowners and farmers, youth, policy makers, and entrepreneurs who have been empowered by the educational products on which we collaborated in 2014-2015

We would love to hear your thoughts on the report and how we can continue to work together for a better natural resource base in the Southern United States.
