Updated Estate Planning for Forest Landowners - 2009 Version

The document "Estate Planning for Forest Landowners: What Will Become of Your Timberland?" has been finalized and the electronic version has been posted on the web.

This document replaces the September 1993 document of the same name. 
 
The link to the pdf document is: http://www.srs.fs.fed.us/pubs/31987. 
 
There will be printed copies available in the coming weeks.  The NA Forest Service Stewardship Field Office Coordinators will help with distribution of the document to the States. The initial plan is to have copies sent to each State Forestry agency, and to each States Forestry Cooperative Extension office.
