Windham Named Associate Vice President for Agriculture and Director of the Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service

After a national search and pending USDA consensus, the University of Arkansas is pleased to announce that Dr. Tony Windham has agreed to serve as the Associate Vice President for Agriculture and Director of the Cooperative Extension Service at the University of Arkansas.

Dr. Windham has been with the Extension Service over 21 years and currently serves as Assistant Director for Agriculture, Natural Resources and Community and Economic Development and has served as Interim Director since May, when the search process began. Dr. Windham will start in his official role as Director on January 16, 2010.
