Texas A&M AgriLife Research & Extension Center is hosting a Prescribed Fire Field Day. The Fire Field Day meets the in-person field day requirement for the Texas Department of Agriculture Certified and Insured Prescribed Burn Manager (CIPBM) license program, required to be a burn manager in Texas. Six Continuing Fire Training credits are available for licensed CIPBMs. Protective equipment is required. Registration for the field day is $100.
