Dear Participants,
Forest landowners have not been immune to the economic slowdown gripping Louisiana and the entire nation. Despite the decline, forestlands still provide sustainable contributions to the state’s economy and environment.
Management of forestlands is still important to provide clean water, clean air, wildlife habitat, and economic value to private forest landowners and forest industry even during the slow economic times.
