Our speaker is Dr Luis M. Tupas, Division Director - Global Climate Change, Institute of Bioenergy, Climate and Environment, USDA-NIFA. He will speak on "The FY 2013 AFRI Agriculture and Natural Resources Science for Climate Variability and Change Program RFA." This will be a great way to learn more about this grant opportunity.
After Dr. Tupas' presentation, we will get an update on the CoP efforts and continue our discussion on the National In-Service on Climate Change and Natural Resource Management and professional development modules.
