The Carolinas-Chesapeake Section of the Forest Products Society invites you to submit your formal for the Forest Products Society's 66th International Convention on June 3-5, 2012 in Washington, DC. We hope you will join us to share your knowledge and raise the visibility of your organization among industry peers. We look forward to your formal or poster presentation submission.

The International Convention is the premier event for professionals in the forest products field. Convened annually by the Forest Products Society, the International Convention brings together hundreds of scientists, design professionals, managers, decision makers, and others from academia, government, non-profit, and private industry sectors to discuss the state of forest products research and learn about innovations in the field.
More than 170 technical presentations and 150 scientific posters from 25 countries were part of the 2011 Convention. Attended by Forest Products Society members and non-members, the annual International Convention is the perfect venue to build new professional connections with top researchers from around the world and reconnect with colleagues and friends in the field.
Call for Papers deadline is December 19, 2011.
Call for Posters:
Poster presentations are a primary means of disseminating technical information at the International Convention. Individuals interested in giving a poster presentation must submit a poster reservation form by January 13, 2012
- poster requests will be accepted until ballroom capacity is reached. Detailed information and guidelines for presenting a poster will be sent to each presenter.

- Fundamental Disciplines
