The workshop will open with two presentations by Keith O'Herrin (urban forester for Union County) and Joseph Joyner (project manager of urban forestry at Davey Resource Group). They will address the complexities of how you can implement and enforce tree protection ordinances. Representatives from local municipalities will also be present to provide case study reports of how they have updated and implemented their own tree protection ordinances in recent years.
