Description: Silvopasture is a combination of livestock, timber production, and forage management. Benefits of silvopasture management include diversify sources of income for the landowner, and provide relative stability within fluctuating crop and commodity markets. It is designed to produce a high-value timber component, while providing short-term cash flow from the livestock component.
