Module 8: Negotiating External Partnerships

Entering into a partnership involves entering into a relationship with another person or organization towards a mutual goal. Partnerships are important for Extension programming and we will discuss the different types of partnerships and best practices for those partnerships including balancing challenges and negotiating credit. In this module, the following learning objectives will be covered:
- Understand the significance of partnerships and how they can help in programming
- How to develop partnerships
- Understanding what Extension brings to a partnership and its role
